  • About our products

    • When choosing a baby sleeping bag, it is important to choose the right size. A sleeping bag is recommended from three months onwards. For a baby younger than three months, you can choose a swaddle blanket. Choosing the right sleeping bag depends on the length of your little one. Below is a handy overview: A 70 cm sleeping bag is suitable for babies that measure 60-76 cm. This is approximately suited for the ages of 3-6 months. A 90 cm sleeping bag is suitable for babies between 76-98 cm. This is approximately suited for the ages of 6-18 months. A 110 cm sleeping bag is suitable for babies 90 cm and above. This is approximately suited for the ages of 18 months and above.
    • The TOG value of the 4-season sleeping bag with sleeves is 3.0 and without sleeves the TOG value is 2.0.
    • The second zip on the outer sleeping bag is to attach the inner summer sleeping bag to the outer winter sleeping bag - so to form one unit. With the last zipper, you can then close the whole thing.
    • A swaddle blanket from Jollein is suitable for babies aged 0-3 months. Please note! It is strongly discouraged to use a swaddle blanket when your baby can roll over on its own.
    • A footmuff from Jollein is suitable for group 0+ car seats. These are generally used for babies aged 0-9 months. In our footmuffs, there are strips of velcro that can be used universally in a car seat. Simply thread the belts through the openings and then 'stick' the Velcro back on the open areas.
    • For our hot water bottle covers, it is best to use a metal hot water bottle. They fit well in our covers and are most suitable for babies, as they stay warm the longest.
    • Sleeved bibs are suitable for babies from six months to an age of about 18 months.
    • The poles are adjustable in height. The pole for the mosquito net has a maximum height of 220cm. The pole for the canopy has a maximum height of 150cm.
  • Washing instructions

    • You can always find a product's washing instructions in the tag accompanying the item. Is this information not clear or do you have an additional question? You can always reach us by e-mail at cs@jollein.com.
    • You can wash a playpen mat in the washing machine on a programme with few revolutions and a low temperature (max. 30 degrees). Then let the playpen mat dry flat, for example on the floor. Tip: add a tennis ball to the washing machine. The tennis ball hits the rug during washing to keep it in shape.
    • Wash the blanket according to the washing instructions on the washing label. While washing, make sure all the Velcro is closed.
    • The mosquito net is easy to wash, just follow the washing instructions on the washing label. It is important to remove the ring at the top first. At the back there is a small opening, through which you can remove the ring. Then you can wash the net!
    • The armchair cannot be washed. However, the material is made in such a way that you can easily wipe it with a damp cloth. Please note: do not use chemical agents.

Products with the GOTS label don’t receive it easily—there’s much more to it than you might think. The requirements for obtaining this certification go beyond just the fabric itself; they also consider how it is manufactured and where it comes from. This means that we not only care for babies' sensitive skin by using organic cotton but also for the people who produce these beautiful fabrics. Together, we contribute to a better environment, a better world, and improved working conditions. We have worked hard to develop various themes in our new collection under this prestigious label!
    • At Jollein, safety and sustainability are at the heart of every step in our product development process. That’s why we are proud to share that many of our products carry the OEKO-TEX® certification, ensuring that textiles are safe and free from harmful substances for your precious little one. OEKO-TEX® certified means that items have been tested for over 100 harmful substances.
